Gibson girl got into Mama’s lipstick^^ hence the red stains on her arm. I caught her in the act on my snapchat (tays1022) it was pretty hilarious. It was like she knew she had been caught so she was trying to play it off like it wasn’t a big deal. She ran to grab the wipes and kept saying “it’s, ok, It’s ok, all better!” as she was trying to clean it off. How could I possible be mad at that cuteness!

Hope everyone enjoyed their Easter weekend! Our’s started out with a surprise visit from Nana! The kiddo’s were so excited when she showed up at our doorstep:) They read stories and worked on the sticker books and loved every minute of it. The next day, we attempted an egg hunt but it was over by the time we got there so… we got some breakfast then went colored Easter eggs at home instead.

Saturday babe did hair most of the day, so we went over to my parents for an egg hunt. It was a lot of fun! My mom is so cute and tied a balloon full of helium to each of the kiddos Easter buckets and hide them in the front room. So when we first go there, there was balloons all over the front room! The kiddos loved it. They hunted around for the eggs and then found jack-pot prize in the backyard –which was a kiddie pool full of fun games and outside toys. They played in the backyard most of then evening, then we headed home once babe was done with hair.

Sunday morning, the little loves woke up to some fun surprise from the Easter bunny on the couch. They blew bubbles and drew with chalk while I made us all a nice Easter breakfast (french toast & eggs nothing too fancy;) Then after we ate, we started getting ready for church. –Which for some reason, was soooo hard to get to. It was like for whatever reason, all forces were going against us trying to keep us from going. Not even kidding. But alas, we did make it and I’m so glad we did. The spirit was so strong and I was reminded of our Saviors love and grace and how much he loves and cares for each of us. It was just want I was needing to hear and feel that day. I’m so glad we fought all forces and were able to make it. Church can be hard, especially with young ones, but I know that God see’s our efforts and is happy when we do what we can, even when it’s just showing up to church. I’m so grateful for my little family and that because of him I get to be with them forever.
