Another Man’s treasure.
We have been on the look out for a record player for about a year now. I remember telling Evan last year that he could get one for his birthday, and his birthday is on Sunday. So maybe what I meant to say was you can get a record player for your birthday next year… Either way, we finally got one. And you will never guess where we got it? But don’t worry, I’m going to tell you. We got it from off the side of the road! Someone just left it there, crazy huh?! Evan’s brother, well I guess I should say my Brother-in-law found it on the side of the road, threw it in his Taurus Wagon and brought it back for us! We were so excited, especially Evan. I mean we had been looking for a year for one and what’s better than free?!!
For being left on the side of the road, this thing was in mint condition. All I did to change it up, was switched out the hardware. It made it look 10 times better, at least in my opinion.
So thank you to who ever dumped this beaut off the side of the road and thank you Eston for spotting it out and picking it up for us, because you just made my Hubs birthday wish come true! Cheers.
