It’s so funny to see the things our kiddos take on from us. Things we know we do and sometimes things we didn’t know we did ?I guess I use Siri a lot, because I find my kids asking my phone questions all the time. On our trip to salt lake last weekend, we couldn’t find Gibson’s bink anywhere and the next thing we know she’s saying, “Hey Siri, find my binkie!” We all got a good laugh from that one.
The Kite festival was on the same day as the Earth Day celebration we went to in Springdale, So we decided to make a day of it and hit up both! We ended up spending more time in Springdale than we had planned on, so we made it to the end of the kite festival.
When we got there, they had bounce houses and slides set up, so of course the kiddos wanted to do that first! We ended up running into my brother in-law, Kenny while we were there, so the kiddos had fun dragging him around to a few of the rides;)
Gibson girl was set on going down this pretty big slide with her brothers and was not going to have it any other way. But once she got to the top, she was starting to second-guess her decision. Kenny ended up climbing to the top of the slide and went down with her, the reaction I was able to captured is priceless!! I don’t think she will be requesting to go down another one for a while. Haha poor girl.
As soon as she was off the slide, she was smiling and running off to the next bouncy things haha. She cracks me up.
Waiting in line to try and win a feel meal to Pizza Pie Cafe!
Nixon and jovi won 1 dollar off coupon and Gibson won a 2 dollar off. haha.
As soon as we headed over to watch the kites, Gibson spotted a Mickey Mouse kite and got so excited she almost jumped off Ev’s shoulders! haha.
she was so excited.
Doing Eeny Meeny Miny Mo to see who gets the next shoulder ride..
That’s how Jovi makes his decision about anything these days, Eeny Meeny Miny Mo it all day long.
Now, time for a nap. 😉 zzz
