Growing up, I thought I had my future life all planned out. Funny how I thought it would be how different it actually turned out! There are some things and moments I had envisioned that almost feel so surreal to be actually living when they come up. I had one of those moments last night after painting Gibson’s nails then braiding her hair to match mine 🙂 It was something I had always dreamt of growing up! Having a daughter of my own to paint our nails together and do her hair. I was surprised to sat there long enough to let me braid it! Motherhood it not easy by any means, I still have my days, my mom brain moments and meltdowns here and there, but honestly, it is the best thing that could ever have happened to me! I never could have dreamt up of what it would be like, It was just something I had to experience to really see the beauty in it all. Someone pinch me. 🙂
